BHE-Bill respects others’ intellectual property rights and we require our Content Providers and their users to do the same.

Per the provisions of the The Digital Millennium Copyright Act, BHE-Bill has designated an Agent for Notification of Claimed Infringement by providing contact information to the Copyright Office and here on our publicly accessible website. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide BHE-Bill’s Agent the following information:

(a) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

(b) A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

(c) A description of where on our Services the allegedly infringing material is located;

(d) Your address, telephone number, and email address;

(e) A statement by the complainant that the complainant has a good-faith basis for believing that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(f) A statement by the complainant, made under penalty of perjury, that the information included in the complainant’s Notice of Claimed Infringement is accurate and that the complainant is the copyright or intellectual property owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
